Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-01 · Effective for the free game now; paid terms take effect only when payments are enabled.

Payments are disabled. The operator's legal name, business address and grievance contact must be published on the Contact page before any payment is accepted.

1. The game

2D Racing Game is an entertainment game. It has no wager, cash prize, cash-out, transferable credit or redeemable reward. Scores have no monetary value.

2. Age

A player under 18 may use the free game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A purchase may be made only by an adult aged 18 or older, in the adult's own name, with a payment method the adult is authorised to use. A parent or guardian may buy access for a minor.

3. Access passes

The planned products are a ₹29 one-day pass lasting 24 hours and a ₹99 one-week pass lasting 7 days. Each is a fixed, non-renewing access fee for unlimited continues during the stated period. The final price, tax treatment, duration and benefit will be shown before checkout. The free restart remains available.

4. Fair use

Do not attack the service, use stolen payment methods, share or sell access tokens, interfere with other users, or use automated tools to abuse the payment or support systems. We may revoke access linked to fraud, a refund or a chargeback.

5. Availability

The free game may change or be unavailable. A paid pass does not promise uninterrupted service. If a material outage prevents use of a paid pass, the adult buyer may ask for a fair extension or refund under the Refund Policy.

6. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes a right that Indian consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Any liability limit will apply only to the extent allowed by law. Payment disputes, failed delivery and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Changes

The version accepted at checkout will be recorded. A material change will not shorten an existing paid pass without a fair remedy.

8. Law

These terms are intended to be governed by Indian law. The final jurisdiction clause will be completed with the operator's verified business details before payments launch.
